My philosophy of therapy is holistic, meaning I believe people are made up of many parts (mind, body, and spirit) that interact in many different environments. These parts are not independent of one another but work together. I am a Christian. I believe we are created for relationships. We know ourselves in the context of our relationships. Healing occurs through restoring relationships and refining our interactions within those relationships. My approach to therapy is from a systemic perspective. People work in relational systems and each person in the relationship is important to the balance of the whole system.

When relationships become out of balance, it's a result of different factors or patterns, which can be examined in the therapy. I place a strong emphasis on healthy communication, clear boundaries, and attachment experiences. I counsel families, couples, and individuals. My counseling is grounded in Attachment Theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and the Gospel.

Life doesn’t follow a script, but often we get stuck on the idea that it does or should. The work I do with clients explores the beliefs we hold about ourselves, our experiences and our relationships and how to move toward healing and wholeness. Focusing on resilience, it is possible to experience a fuller, deeper life as we give meaning and purpose to our life stories. Our wounds can become our strength.

In my practice, I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, communication issues, substance abuse, stress and trauma. I use a strength-based approach that is informed by family systems, somatic theories and a brain-based understanding of our capacity for healing.

It is a privilege for me to walk alongside my clients, share their struggles and help them rediscover hope and realize renewal. If you have questions about therapy or would like to set up an appointment, please call me. I would be honored to journey with you.

Life is full of challenges—some we navigate with ease, others leave us feeling stuck. In today’s fast-paced culture, it’s easy to lose connection. I provide a space to slow down, reflect, and find rest. If you’re feeling weary from the constant pressures of daily life, struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or loss, or experiencing strain in your most meaningful relationships, you don’t have to face it alone.

When you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work, it’s time to take a different approach. I offer a safe and compassionate means of therapy with a trauma-informed lens. Your unique context matters to me, and together we will work towards healing.

My work is grounded in our innate need for connection. When life feels overwhelming, we all need someone to turn to. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples restore balance and strengthen relationships. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach proven to foster healing and connection. [Learn more about EFT here.]

I work with women (18+) and couples. For those who choose, I offer a biblically informed perspective. Please call or email to schedule an appointment.

I believe we each have a calling and unique purpose in life, with specific strengths, gifts, and passions waiting to be pursued to unlock our full potential. Oftentimes, through brokenness and hurt, we can lose sight of our purpose and feel weighed down by the heaviness of life. I am passionate about helping others feel understood and find their way by offering compassion. My approach is rooted in the belief that healthy attachment and connection through relationships is our greatest resource. I have experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, communication issues, and life transitions, empowering them to emerge more resilient.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey. I work from a holistic perspective, utilizing my Christian faith to help clients experience freedom through grace, growth, and healing. I strive to create a safe, caring environment where you feel encouraged as we work together to explore your unique experiences using your strengths to find meaningful solutions.

Beyond the therapy room, I have a heart for exploring new places, volunteering at my church, reading a good book, and being outdoors. I most enjoy spending time with my loved ones, including my sweet cat, Mr. Pearl.

I would be honored to be a part of your story and collaborate with you in the healing process.

You may find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsettled during seasons of change — pulled outward into overthinking, self-doubt, or constant striving. Therapy can be a space to slow down, turn inward, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and grounded, offering both emotional attunement and practical tools to support meaningful change. If desired, your faith and personal values can be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process in a respectful, clinically sound way.

I work primarily with anxiety, life transitions, relational concerns, and premarital counseling. Many of the individuals and couples I support are thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply invested in doing things well, yet feel stuck or disconnected beneath the surface. Together, we explore patterns, reduce anxiety, strengthen communication, and build habits that support resilience, self-trust, and emotional health.

I also have a particular passion for supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. As a wife and mother, I understand how this season can bring profound joy alongside vulnerability, identity shifts, and unexpected emotional strain. I aim to offer a steady, compassionate presence as you navigate these changes, honoring both emotional and physical realities.

“Return within yourself; in the inward man dwells truth.” — St. Augustine
